  This comes before anything else. It gives you the language the rest of the work runs on, and the men who skip it spend their first month half a step behind.

One thing before you go. Most men join something like this and then wait to feel ready before they speak, and that wait can last months. You will not feel ready. The men who get something real out of this are the ones who were visible in the first week, before they had worked out how to say it well.
